Step 1: Payee Receives Notification

1. When you initiate a payout, the payee gets an email.
2. The email contains the amount received and a temporary password.
3. Login at https://app.swiftpayd.com/auth/login

Step 2: Identity Verification ( KYC )

1. On first login User will be prompted to “Complete your KYC verification to unlock full account features”
2. User will click on Start Kyc to begin the process
3. User will enter all required fields and submit the needed documents.

Step 3: Payout Methods

• Debit Card (Push-to-Card) — Enter card number (Visa/MC)
• PayPal — Enter PayPal email or phone number
• Venmo — Enter Venmo email or phone number

Step 4: Payment Received

• Funds arrive in the chosen method
• Confirmation email with transaction details
